Enhancing support for CODA

If you're using CODA and have a question, you can always ring Camvine. There's a User Guide too, but from now on we're offering a better online support experience at http://support.camvine.com.

The best way to get there is direct from your CODA account - log in, then just click the Help link. You will go straight to the support pages for CODA and remain logged in: check the top right corner of the screen for confirmation.

You can submit questions, issues or suggestions publicly or privately, whether you choose to use a profile or not. There's a Knowledge Base and all public content is searchable.

Email is still an option - messages sent to support (at) camvine (dot) com will be tracked through the same system (privately), and you will be notified by email of any changes in your discussions, or discussions you choose to watch. There are RSS feeds too.

The system is provided by Tender and links up with the Lighthouse system we are now using for internal development tickets.
